Shipping 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

  • Please allow up to five business days processing time prior to the USPS shipping. Please email us if your purchase if time-sensitive. We will do our best to accommodate expedited requests and can quote faster delivery options. 

Do you offer international shipping?

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Plant/Planter Questions

How do I take care of my plants? 

  • A detailed plant care card is sent with each order. Feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

I have a soil based succulent but my wood planter does not have a drainage hole.  

  • No worries, we recommend watering your soil based succulent plant once every 2-3 weeks depending on the light conditions. Make sure the soil is dry to the touch prior to watering. Water the plant then allow the soil to soak up the water.  Gently tip the planter to remove any standing water. 

I received a plant without soil - do I need to add soil?

  • If you received a plant without soil it is an air plant and does not need soil. It does however, require proper light and watering. Refer to our care card sent with the order for additional care instructions.   

Client Gifting

Do you offer client gifting options?

  • Yes, we can deliver a handcrafted gift with your brand logo sticker and your personalized gift message. The minimum for brand gift options is 25 units. Connect with us through our contact page for a price quote.  

Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale?
