Shipping

Please allow up to five business days processing time prior to the USPS shipping. Please email us if your purchase if time-sensitive. We will do our best to accommodate expedited requests and can quote faster delivery options.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.

Returns / Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are not offered for live plants or any product that contains a live plant (ie gift boxes, terrariums etc). However, your satisfaction with your purchase is of the utmost importance to us. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly with questions or concerns and we will do our best to find a solution in any way we can. 

Defects

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product a refund or exchange is possible. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your purchase with images and a description of the damage. Because each of  our pieces are handmade, there may be an additional wait time before receiving a replacement.
